The new Suzuki GSX-R 600 2012 forged pistons used lighter and longer lasting designed using the same FEM (Finite Element Method) and fatigue analysis technology employees to develop MotoGP racing engines. Skirts shorter and narrower, closer quarters and bolts bolt shorter contribute to make each set of piston is 78 grams lighter.This greater lightness of the piston assembly is translated into the corresponding lower weight, reducing mechanical losses while improving throttle response, acceleration and power reaches the rear wheel.

For the first time, the Suzuki GSX-R 600 2012 comes with the revolutionary front suspension reversed BPF (Big Piston Front-fork), developed in competition by Showa. The conventional front forks use a loaded cartridge mounted inside the bar on each side and usually incorporate a 20 mm piston to control the damping.
The new Suzuki GSX-R 600 2012 comes equipped with front disc brakes with fully floating 310 mm and new Brembo monobloc calipers 4-piston radial-mount. 32 mm pistons of the calipers are willing to promote even wear pads, with a compensation piston hanging from the center of the tablet. The new unibody design makes them lighter clips and more rigid construction and increased piston area, improve braking performance by providing a more consistent and better feel at the lever.
The new, more compact and lightweight instrumentation installed in Suzuki GSX-R 600 2012 now comes standard equipped with a stopwatch for lap times and an indicator pushbutton sequence programmable engine rpm. These two new facilities can be very useful in batches on the track or during races for amateurs.
