New Veilside body kit Mercedes SL-Class
A new Veilside body kit has been announced at the Tokyo Auto Salon for the Mercedes SL-Class. Calling it theBlack Fortune, only 300 kits will be made by Veilside at a price of 3,000,000 JPY ($39,000 / €31,000). This is the first time the popular aero part manufacturer has constructed a kit for the Mercedes-Benz SL series. You can tell that this design came inspired by the Mercedes SL 65 AMG Black Series, yet still has some new unique features to set them apart.
The most obvious customization’s to this Veilside body kit are the carbon fiber parts used throughout. The front splitter, side skirts, side vents, rear spoiler, and diffuser all are constructed of high quality carbon. New blacked out wheels bring it all together, while a new suspension kit will be needed to give it the current stance. We look forward to seeing the final version once Veilside releases the kit, so stayed tuned for the completed Mercedes SL-Class kit in a couple months.
