Repsol Honda Rider Conducting Test 2012 Honda RC213V

Rider  Repsol Honda Team to test the new 2012 Honda RC213V prototype. Dani Pedrosa and Casey Stoner, carried out tests on the new RC213V prototype that uses a 1000 cc engine. This is a very positive development for the Honda and also the riders, after Casey Stoner yesterday became the first champion GP Brno, Czech Republic.
Repsol Honda Team did a very good test, because it can provide feedback to the engineers of HRC in order to evaluate the progress of the RC213V. The HRC engineers in Japan have been working very well to give RC231V motorcycle becomes more perfect. At the Official MotoGP website, “Casey Stoner revealed that Today is a good test, but we still have some work to do in order to find a positive development.

We still have a small problem. Chassis and 1000cc engines for me is something fantastic. We also testing some new tires. We’ll be back with the next step for new developments. ”Dani Pedrosa also revealed, that I am very pleased to have tested the 1000cc engine.
The first impression I feel that the motorcycle is almost identical to the one I had when I first came to MotoGP. Motorcycle 990cc which I drove in 2006 was very similar in the aspect of power , but slightly lighter. I could feel the difference in torque and power. But maybe I’m still riding a 800cc bike with style.
I need more understanding and try different things, but the bike worked very well. We will do a lot of modifications to the motorcycle, so that the final version of the RC213V will be very different from the current motorcycle, but this is normal and pretty good first impression.
I tried to use it with a motorcycle prototype Casey Stoner, who has been in testing at Jerez. With the new prototype, a new electronic system, new engines and new chassis. However, it is not something the best thing, but from my experience in the past with new bikes, early development is not so bad. However, we still have to be careful with the chassis because the tires next year may be slightly different and will affect the performance of the chassis.
Less is more like a statement that the two Repsol Honda rider Casey Stoner and Dani Pedrosa in MotoGP’s official website.
